During registration, you are responsible for:

916kis will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Use a strong password combination and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for optimal security.

916kis supports a variety of approved payment methods for convenient deposits and withdrawals for Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, and local digital wallets listed on the platform.

All withdrawals require the user to have completed the KYC (Know Your Customer) process by submitting valid identity verification documents. Withdrawals will only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as your 916kis account.

• All bets that have been confirmed and accepted by the system are final and cannot be cancelled by the user except under circumstances specifically provided for in the relevant game rules.
• 916kis reserves the right to void or cancel any bet if there is evidence of manipulation, fraud, technical error, or any unusual circumstances affecting market outcomes.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino session or sports betting, 916kis will determine the appropriate course of action based on available evidence, and the company's decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each market and game are set by 916kis and are subject to change without prior notice.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any non-manual method to place bets is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

A 916kis account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity occurs within 12 consecutive months. The following is our policy regarding inactive accounts:

• After 12 months of inactivity, 916kis will send a notification to your registered email address to inform you of your account status.
• If there is no response or activity within 30 days of that notification, the account will be officially categorised as inactive.
• A monthly maintenance fee of RM 5 will be charged on inactive accounts that still hold a balance. This fee will continue to be deducted until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.
• Accounts with a zero balance that have been inactive for more than 24 months may be permanently closed without further notice.

To reactivate an inactive account, log in to the platform and contact our customer support. The reactivation process may require identity re-verification.

916kis reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
• Use of unauthorized software or manipulation methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or other users.
• A self-exclusion request or directive from a relevant authority.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 916kis customer support. Valid balances will be returned to you upon completion of the review, subject to applicable withdrawal terms.

As a user of the 916kis platform, you are fully responsible for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your place of residence. You are also responsible for:

• Ensuring that use of the 916kis platform is lawful in your country or region.
• Reporting all winnings and income from wagering to the relevant tax authorities, where required by law.
• Bet within your financial means and practise responsible gaming.
• Using the self-management tools provided by 916kis if you feel the need to limit your wagering activity.
